Good afternoon everyone! I clearly haven't been working on any new eggs lately, but I have actually been working on other new artistic projects. I have therefore decided to retire this news update and start an art blog. There I can update you all on new eggs, new displays and shows, as well as updates on other projects I am involved in. I want a place I can post non-egg related artwork and news, as well as avoid the spam I've been accumulating in the comments here.

I am currently working on developing this new page, so it is not quite ready yet, but soon I hope to finish it and replace this news page. Nothing else should change on obsidiae.com, and the news link at the top will simply point to the new blog.

In other news, I have recently started a tattoo apprenticeship with an amazing artist here in Indianapolis. The studio belongs to the Stutz Artist Association which is the largest association of working artists in Indiana. This weekend is the annual Stutz Open House, where all the studios will be open to the public, displaying the work of over 70 artists and the space they create it in. I have not been to this in the past, but it should be pretty amazing and if you have the chance I encourage you to come check it out. Times, location, and other details can be found here. I will have a selection of eggs and other work on display at the open house.
